This washed Ethiopian coffee comes to us from the region of Yirgacheffe, and more specifically, the Wote Konga washing station.

“Blown away” just about sums things up for us. It’s a coffee you don’t want to stop drinking!

As an espresso, this coffee’s intensity remains, but transforms into some riper notes that include peach cobbler, candied citrus, Nutella/nut butters, and caraway.

Complexity and clarity work together within this coffee in a way that creates an intriguing, exciting and pleasing drinking experience for us. We’re excited to share this with you! 

*This coffee, though intended for espresso, does very well with any other brew method. When we roast for espresso, we roast so that the coffee is slightly simpler, and slightly less forward in terms of brightness/acidity. Those qualities translate well to an espresso machine in our experience. If that's your general preference, try an espresso roast for your regular coffee prep method.
