Back for 2024, this versitile and lovely blend from our favorite region of Nariño, Chachagui ! This coffee gives generous vibes, of both full body and complex pallet. More about this coffee from our friends at Azahar.

This is a Castillo variety blend from Cafe Occidente Nariño, a cooperative in Nariño, Colombia. It is grown on farms in the Chachagui district reaching elevations of 1900 masl. The name “Chachagüi” originates from two indigenous languages, Quillacinga and Quechua. The word roughly translates respectively to “land of clear waters” and “good water”. To this day, the area is known for its pure environment. Surrounding Chachagüi are ancient mountainous trails littered with fallen mangos. This coffee was sourced in partnership with Azahar Coffee Company. Azahar works with Colombia’s best coffees and coffee farmers. They establish enduring relationships and pay higher, stable prices regardless of the market because good coffee farming should be profitable.
